Orders placed before 1pm will be delivered next day unless you specify a different date for delivery.
Deliveries start at 9AM each day.
Unfortunately, we cannot specify an exact time for delivery as London is a very busy city with unpredictable traffic conditions!
Yes please! Or someone else who can accept the delivery on your/your gift recipient’s behalf. We recommend you use a business address if the recipient is not likely to be home. If no one is available to accept the delivery, we will endeavour to leave it in a safe place or with a neighbour/co-worker. If our drivers are directed to a loading bay, we cannot accept responsibility for how the doughnuts are handled.
Please note that we retain records for proof of delivery, and are exempt from any liability or responsibility for losses or damage arising as a result of parcels being left at unattended premises.
Due to the volume of deliveries we are not always in a position to contact recipients if the requested delivery location is unattended. To give us the best chance of successfully delivering your order, please provide clear and accurate delivery instructions when placing your order and we’ll take care of the rest.
If the delivery address provided by the customer is incorrect or insufficient, we cannot accept responsibility for any loss experienced. e.g. items delivered to the incorrect address / unable to be delivered. Please double check the address and phone number you provide to avoid such issues.
Redelivery on the same day will not always be possible. In case of an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, it is the customer’s responsibility to decide whether they would like to purchase another box and have it delivered to the correct address on a different day.
If you provide an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, you forfeit the funds spent on that particular transaction including the donuts, any add ons and delivery costs.
Whilst we do our best to adhere to the delivery schedule promised to you at the time of purchase, we use external couriers for our deliveries, and situations occasionally arise which are beyond our control resulting in slight delays. We cannot accept responsibility for these unfortunate events, but assure you that every effort is made to ensure that your donuts arrive on time.
If you have any additional information or special requests e.g. ‘Leave with security at front desk’, you will be given the opportunity to add this during the checkout process.

Our Donut Bouquets are made daily right here in London and taste best eaten on the day of delivery, however they’re still fine for up to 24 hours after delivery.
We don’t recommend refrigerating donuts as the starch molecules crystalise (which will cause them to go hard), however if you do refrigerate them, a quick zap in the microwave will help soften them.
Our donuts contain gluten and soya. They may contain traces of nuts.
Our donuts are meat-free, and do not contain lard, gelatin or eggs
We do not produce gluten free or vegan donuts at present.

If you would like to cancel your order, please email us at email@example.com. Cancellations must be requested by 1pm on the day before the scheduled delivery date
If you placed an order and didn’t receive a confirmation e-mail, it may have found its way into your spam folder.

If you need to make any changes to your order (flavours, delivery address, etc.) please do so before 1pm on the day before your delivery date.

Whether it be custom colours, flavours, printed material, chocolates/other add-ons in the bouquet, we’ll find a way to make your gift stand out from the usual boring corporate diaries and USBs.
Each bouquet will of course be delivered with a personalised card.
